Belted Galloway
The Belted Galloway is a rare breed of cattle originating from the Galloway region of Scotland. The breed have adapted to living on poor upland pastures and windswept moorland making them perfect for our farm
Our growing herd of Belted Galloway can often be seen grazing in our rougher intakes something which they thrive on and allows us to utilise all our land efficiently. We have a range of colours from black, red and dun with their white belts around their middles this make them stand out to passers by and in bleak winters in bad weather.

Valais Blacknose
The Valais Blacknose is a breed of domestic sheep originating in the Valais region of Switzerland. It is a dual-purpose breed, raised both for meat and for wool. They 1st came to the Uk in 2013 and the breed and breeders in the Uk continue to grow
Connors passion for sheep has grown with his flock of Valais Blacknose Sheep, soft and cuddly with a teddy bear look, aside from meat and wool they can love strutting their hooves on the show field meeting their admirers. Connor loves his shows and can be seen at most of the local agricultural shows throughout the year. Please come and say ‘Hi’

Shires
A breed of draught horse originally from England. The Shire has a great capacity for weight-pulling; it was used for farm work, to tow barges at a time when the canal system was the principal means of goods transport, and as a cart-horse for road transport.
Katrinas passion for horses developed into breeding and with this came the change of breeding warmbloods to the shires and Shire sport horses. More Information can be found on the Shires page
